Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the services (the “Service” or “Services”) provided through the mobile application “GraphIA” (the “App”), operated by DualBit S.r.l., with registered office in Modena (Italy), VAT no. 03716620368, REA CCIAA MO: 411645, Share Capital: €20,000.00, PEC: dualbit@pec.it.

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

2. Changes to the Terms

DualBit may update or modify these Terms and the associated Privacy Policy at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or app notification. Continued use of the Service after such changes implies acceptance.

3. Description of the Service

GraphIA allows users to:

• Upload a photo of a handwritten manuscript and provide related information (e.g., name, age, handedness, etc.);
• Receive an AI-generated analysis of their handwriting and content;
• Optionally save and access their past analyses.

All data provided and results generated may be stored temporarily for the sole purposes of quality control, debugging, crash diagnostics, and service improvement.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You must:

• Not use the App for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes;
• Ensure the accuracy of any information you provide;
• Not upload content that you do not have the right to share;
• Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately at dualbit@dualb.it in case of unauthorized access.

5. Data Handling and Privacy

All personal data, including uploaded photos and metadata, will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The data will only be stored to ensure the correct functioning of the Service, improve AI performance, and detect potential crashes.

We do not sell, share, or exploit user data for marketing or profiling purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, AI models, logos, and trademarks associated with GraphIA are the exclusive property of DualBit S.r.l. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. User Content and Licensing

By submitting content (e.g., handwriting photos), you confirm that you have the rights to do so and you grant DualBit a limited, non-exclusive license to use such content strictly for providing and maintaining the Service.

You retain full ownership of your submitted content.

8. Limitation of Liability

GraphIA is provided “as is.” DualBit is not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions;
• Errors resulting from third-party tools or system incompatibility;
• Results generated by the AI engine.

We do not guarantee diagnostic accuracy, medical reliability, or psychological advice. The Service is for informational purposes only.

9. Suspension and Termination

DualBit reserves the right to suspend or permanently disable access to the Service in case of:

• Violation of these Terms;
• Malicious or abusive use of the App;
• Legal obligations or security concerns.

Where possible, notice will be provided in advance.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Modena.
